Horse owners at stables at Bleet Farm, Steeple Ashton, were alarmed when a man climbed over a gate in what appeared to be an attempt to gain access to their stable block just before 8am last Wednesday.
The man was in his late 20s, 5 ft 8ins with tattoos.
He was wearing a white T-shirt and a chunky gold bracelet and ring and drove away in a white panel van.
