1st Hilperton Brownies began celebrating their 60th birthday this month by sharing a birthday cake (pictured above), at a meeting where they also made edible fireworks.
On Saturday, November 22 the Brownies are having a fun afternoon where they are inviting all past and present Leaders and Brownies to come along to a reunion at Hilperton village hall, Whaddon Lane, to join them singing campfire songs and enjoying refreshments and some fun stalls.
The Brownies are being sponsored by their families and friends to sing 26 Brownie songs, with half the money from this and stalls on the day going to their funds and half to a child cancer charity.
If you were a leader, a helper or a Brownie with 1st Hilperton Brownies since 1954 they would love to see you at the reunion on November 22, 2-5pm.
