A pair of Trowbridge men who are accused of robbery and kidnap are to face trial by judge and jury.
Harry Robertson and David Scott pleaded not guilty to the charges when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court, They are said to have robbed a lad of his mobile phone, cash card and £20 in Trowbridge on Saturday, November 15.
And Robertson, 21, and Scott, 26, are then said to have kidnapped the lad and taken him to Newtown in Westbury.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, February 20, and released them on unconditional bail until then.
It is alleged they targeted the teenager, who is from Bristol, outside Budgens in Trowbridge shortly after midnight.
Robertson, of Longfield Road, and Scott, of Cavell Court, both Trowbridge, denied the charges.
