New scheme helps buyers to find deposit for new home

With the property market growing daily, finding the right home for the right price can prove a problem.

What's more, securing a mortgage or deposit large enough for a property can seem an impossible task. All that's set to change, thanks to a scheme entitled BloorHomesStart from Bloor Homes.

Available on three-bedroom homes at Spencer's Gate in Melksham, BloorHomesStart allows buyers to purchase a property for just 75 per cent of the price. Bloor Homes then finances the remaining 25 per cent payment until the owners sell their homes, for a maximum of 15 years, or they can settle in full at any time.

BloorHomesStart is currently available on Spencer's Gate's three-bedroom properties, including The Lapwing and The Dove.
