POLICE are trying to trace the owners after several bicycles, which are believed to have been stolen from the Bath area, were recovered during an operation in Trowbridge.
Officers seized the bikes at a house in the town as part of an investigation into thefts, which resulted in the arrest of two men.
One was released on bail pending further enquiries.
Adam Stanley, 25, of Kyte Way, was charged with three counts of theft, and appeared before Bristol Magistrates on Tuesday. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Bath Magistrates Court on March 10.
The bikes are a grey Lynskey Cooper CX with red racing handlebars, a black Dawes with white writing and yellow markings and a grey Carrera Vengeance 6061 T6 with red and white markings.
Anyone who believes that the push bikes belong to them should contact PS Jeff Rice 1418 at Trowbridge Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111. Pictures of the bikes can be seen on the Wiltshire Times website, www.wiltshiretimes.co.uk.
