Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident
A 20-year-old woman has told police that a car was deliberately driven at her in Trowbridge last week.
The woman was attempting to cross the road near the junction of Silver Street Lane and Marston Road last Thursday (January 21) around 1.30pm.
She said she had to dive back onto the pavement to avoid being hit.
Police now want to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.
