TROWBRIDGE cricketers are appealing to any persons that are or ever have been involved with Town’s Cricket Club.

The club members are planning a club community day on June 7th and 8th where they will be giving the club, inside and out a make over. They are hoping to revamping the whole club, fixing anything that needs to be fixed, painting anything that needs to be painted, tidying anything that needs to be tidied.

The cricketers are looking for people to help them tidy, paint, rebuild, relay, replant, saw, hammer and anything else that they can think of to come and help them.

The Club Community Day is sponsored by Tesco who are funding the cost of materials and supplying the food for the volunteers.

They are hoping to finish the revamp ready for the planned "reopening" of the "New Trowbridge Cricket Club" on Sunday 12th June for the annual Patrick Padfield Shield memorial match against the Veteran XI.

Please contact John Carroll on 07545228047 if you can spare even an hour of your time over those two days. Any help would be thoroughly appreciated.
