A CAR ploughed through hoarding surrounding a new development at St Stephen's Place, Trowbridge, in the early hours of Tuesday morning (September 20).
Jamie Crow, 19, of Robin Close in Warminster, has been charged with drink driving, driving with no insurance and driving without his licence and has been bailed to Chippenham Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 13.
