A 63-YEAR-OLD man was charged with drink driving yesterday after police stopped him and carried out a routine check as he drove past.
Stephen Guare, of Manor Copse Road in Radstock, was charged with the offence after he was stopped by officers in Wingfield Road in the evening (Wednesday 15).
Bail has been refused as he is already on bail for a previous drink drive charge and he will appear at Chippenham Magistrates’ Court today.
