A YOUNG mother of two has had ‘her Christmas made’ after she won £300 from the Shires Shopping Centre’s Token Collect competition.

The Shires teamed up with the Wiltshire Times to offer a lucky reader the chance to win their Christmas wish list.

Those who entered collected three tokens printed in the paper and then chose five items from the Trowbridge shopping centre, with a maximum value of £300.

And this week it was revealed that 30-year-old Natasha Propert, of Keevil, was the winner, ahead of runners up Kay Gerken and Wendy Ramalhao, both Trowbridge, who got £50 each.

“I have to thank my nan Ann Comley for this as she told me about it in the first place,” she said.

“When I told my two boys, they were so excited. I got a Radley Watch, Adidas football boots, Fifa 18, Nike ladies trainers and Shakeaway gift vouchers. This has made my Christmas.”

Shires centre manager Sarah Louise Moore said: “This was a bit of fun and a good way to support the shops in the Shires and to support the town. This is the first time we have done it and it has gone well.”
