Pub to hold January sale

A PUB in Trowbridge is holding its own version of a January sale.
The Sir Isaac Pitman in Market Place is cutting the price of a number of drinks from Wednesday January 2 until Tuesday January 15.
The drinks available in the sale include a pint of John Smith's Extra Smooth at £1.69, a pint of Guinness at £1.99, a Gordon's gin and tonic at 99p and a pint of Kronenbourg 1664 at £1.89.
Manager Robert Gibson said: "Department stores and shops hold their sales in January, so I thought it would be a good idea to have a sale in the pub too."
