A Warminster charity shop is helping to promote a national toy exchange to raise money for vulnerable children.
The Barnardo’s team in Station Road are inviting people to clear their cupboards of pre-loved cuddly characters, action figures and games.
Supporters can take donations to their local Barnardo’s or Argos stores until November 25 in return for a £5 voucher towards the cost of new toys (minimum spend £35) to be redeemed at Argos by December 24.
This is the third year of the Argos Toy Exchange, which last year collected over 640 bags of donations across Wiltshire alone.
The Barnardo’s Warminster shop is always happy to receive donations of good-quality clothes, books, toys, games and accessories, as well as offers of help from potential volunteers. Call 01985 211711 if you can help.
