Staff at Haine & Smith Opticians in Warminster have been recognised for their hard work and customer service in the company’s annual awards.
The store in Market Place beat 18 other branches to claim the coveted prize of Top Performing Practice of the Year.
Branch manager Carole Houkes said: “We all feel that we work really well as a team and felt that the award recognised this.
“Our patients like the excellent service and the continuity of care which we always try to give them.
“It was nice to achieve the recognition for our hard work from the senior management team.
“We always have a positive and enthusiastic attitude which we feel is reflected in achieving the award.”
