Longleat has reported record visitor numbers over Christmas, with figures up by more than 70 per cent on the previous year.
Nearly 150,000 people visited the Warminster safari and adventure park over the festive holidays, compared to just over 87,000 in 2013.
The success is being attributed to the spectacular Festival of Light, which features around 7,000 individual lanterns created by a team of specialist Chinese artists.
On Saturday, January 17 visitors will have a final opportunity to see the lanterns, with entry to the park between 3-7pm.
