Zen Shotokan Karate is offering the people of Warminster a chance to find their inner karate kid by enrolling in a new beginners’ course.
The eight week introductory course, starting this week and run on a looped syllabus ensuring it doesn’t matter when you start, is ideal for people keen to find out about the martial art.
The first two weeks, taking place at the Civic Centre, will be free and the remaining six weeks of training costs £20.
Sensei Malcolm King said: “Karate can offer many benefits including fitness, weight-loss and confidence, it is also an excellent form of stress relief.
“Students progress gradually, keeping the mind active while exercising.
“As a bonus you will also learn how to defend yourself.
“On offer is a free trial and a new course to allow you to try karate without obligation or pressure.”
Sessions are also held in Westbury and Beckington.
