Police are appealing for information following two burglaries in the Warminster area.
The first incident happened between 3pm and 4.30pm on February 27 in Sutton Veny when offenders entered a home and made off with jewellery and a watch.
The second incident happened just before noon on March 3 and just before 4.25pm on March 4 at another address in Sutton Veny.
It is not believed anything was stolen, but items were broken during the incident.
Local Crime Investigator George Moncrieff said: "We believe these two incidents may be linked but we would be keen to hear from any residents who saw anyone carrying out door-to-door enquiries selling goods or making collections in the area around these dates. Please contact us immediately via the 101 number."
Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if preferred.
