FLOWERS have been left on Dorothy Walk, Warminster, near the spot where the body of 20-year-old Jade Sheppard was found on Thursday.
She was found on Thursday afternoon, over three days after she was last seen by friends. Earlier in the day police had said they and expert search teams were hunting for her, and that they were concerned for her safety.
The footpath where floral tributes, one bearing a card which read 'Jade, such a sad loss, you will be missed so much', were left on a bench runs close to a wooded area off Dorothy Walk, behind the Minster Church of St Denys.
Yesterday Wiltshire Police said: “There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. A file is being prepared on behalf of H M Coroner for Wiltshire.
“Our thoughts are with Jade's family and friends.”
The 20-year-old, of The Heathlands, was last seen at around 7pm on Monday in the area of Manor Gardens but had not contacted her family since.
She was expected at work on Tuesday but did not attend her job as a cleaner which was also out of character.
