ELTON John’s forthcoming outdoor concert at Longleat has completely sold out.

The open-air concert, which is part of a series of UK dates being played by the multi-award-winning, best-selling British artist, will take place on Sunday, June 12 set against the famous backdrop of Longleat House.

Organisers are reminding anyone planning to drive to the event that they must purchase a car parking ticket in advance.

David Gillingham, operations manager at Longleat, said: “This is going to be a truly massive event and we want absolutely everyone who comes along to have a great and memorable experience.

“In order to make the whole evening run as smoothly as possible, and to minimise delays in getting to and from the venue, the organisers have now allocated special parking areas for visitors. All parking charges go towards the cost of extending and marshalling the car parks needed to accommodate this unique and special event.

“These will be the only parking options available on the night anywhere near the Estate and we would strongly urge all drivers to use them.”

With such a large volume of people arriving and departing the site in a short space of time it is essential concert-goers only use their assigned official parking areas.

With on-site parking already sold out there are two car parks situated a short distance from the Longleat Estate which will be providing a park and ride facility. This is included within the parking ticket and will allow concert goers a smooth journey and transfer down to the arena.
