A WILTSHIRE charity is launching a new running event at Longleat as part of a new partnership with the estate.
Alabaré, based in Salisbury, which supports vulnerable and marginalised people in the community, is hosting Glow In The Park: Longleat on Saturday, September 10.
Families and friends will be invited to dance, jog or walk through a series of fun zones including the Foam Zone, UV Paint Blast and Time Tunnel during the 6km night-time event.
Glow in the Park: Longleat is part of a series of events taking place on the estate in 2016 to celebrate the safari park's 50th Anniversary. Alabaré is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
All money raised will fund the life-changing work that Alabaré carries out, 365 days a year.
The event is open to anyone aged seven or above. Tickets are on sale now with a ‘Super Saver Early Bird Offer’ which enables participants to take advantage of a 40 per cent discount, ending on July 6.
Visit www.glowinthepark.co.uk to register your interest and purchase your tickets. All registered runners will receive a pack that includes a headband, UV facepaint, neon bracelets and a bib number.
