A MAN who was twice caught with heroin and crack cocaine has been warned he is facing a jail term.
Jack Pearce pleaded guilty to four counts of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 36-year-old, of Deverill Road, Sutton Veny, was caught with the substances on Monday November 9 last year and Friday April 29 this year.
But his sentence will have to wait until the end of the trial of 39-year-old Sarah Coates, who pleaded not guilty to the same charges.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned Pearce's case saying "I think a custodial sentence will be inevitable in your case."
Coates, formerly of Frome but now living with Pearce, was also released on bail for a trial on Tuesday February 14 next year.
