RESIDENTS in Sutton Veny have raised objections to the parish council’s plans to paint double yellow lines on the junction of Norton Road and High Street.
The issue has been referred to Warminster Area Board, where traffic specialists will investigate the and make recommendations at its next meeting.
Sutton Veny Parish Council maintains that although it is an unpopular proposal with residents, it is an issue which needs to be looked at as the parking violations in this area are affecting road safety.
