AS the nation copes with political turmoil, members of the Athenaeum Limelight Players present Yes, Prime Minister, a political satire which appropriately refers to a hung parliament, a leadership crisis and coalition agreements.

The award-winning ALPs shake the hands of the theatre gods for coming up with political realities that only add to the poignancy of this production. A night of unalloyed enjoyment awaits from Wednesday until July 15 at the Athenaeum, guaranteed to take your mind off the real politics of the day.

For a send-up of what has been going on recently, come and watch ALPs' PM and sidekicks bumbling their way around the corridors of power.

The Warminster theatre's resident company are at pains to stress that any resemblance to any politician current, historical or future is a complete coincidence.

ALPs' first night is a charity performance in aid of Different Strokes, whose mission is the empowerment of younger stroke survivors, their families and friends to reclaim their lives and ambitions through active support.
