A man who is accused of 22 counts of frauds in relation to farm machinery and plant is to face trial by judge and jury.
Alan Jones, 48, is said to have sold tractors, JCB diggers and other machinery when he was not entitled to.
Jones, of Frogmore Road, Westbury, pleaded not guilty to all the charges when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to a trial date to be fixed and released Jones on bail until then.
