A teenager from Westbury who is accused of rape and sexual assault faces trial by judge and jury.
Amos Lawrence is said to have committed the two offences on the same woman on Sunday, March 23.
Lawrence, 18, of Griffin Close, pleaded not guilty to both charges when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case until Friday, February 6, and released him on bail until then.
