TEARFUL tributes were paid to Westbury accident victims Jordan Taylor, Nathan Cox and Chad McVeigh last night.

Jordan Taylor and Nathan Cox, both 20 and from Trowbridge, and 18-year-old Chad McVeigh from Devizes died when their silver Citroen Saxo hit an articulated lorry in Quartermaster Road, Westbury, on Friday night.

Floral tributes and messages have been left at the accident site and tealight candles were lit last night and on Saturday night.

In a message to the Wiltshire Times, with a picture of the gathering at the scene site last night, Josh wrote: "Thanks to all the family and friends that turned up to show their respect to three well known lads.

"There were some sheds of tears and a lot of good stories about all three boys.

"RIP boys will never be the same without any of u"

Police are continuing their appeal for any witnesses of the collision to come forward.

Police have not yet formally released the identities of the three.

It is the third fatal accident on Wiltshire's roads in less than a month.

On November 15 passenger Max Lewis, 19, died in a collision near Melksham, while a week later Max Pearson, 21, was killed when his car hit a tree in Savernake Forest, Marlborough. The funeral for Max Pearson is tomorrow.
