ONE of the three men who died in Westbury on Friday has been formally identified.

The incident took place at about 10.30pm on Friday in Quartermaster Road, West Wilts Industrial Estate, Westbury.

The collision involved two vehicles - a Citroen Saxo and a Scania LGV.

Tributes have been posted online to Nathan Cox and Jordan Taylor, both aged 20 and from Trowbridge, and Chad McVeigh, 18, from Devizes.

A police spokesman said today: "Sadly, all three occupants of the Citroen Saxo were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the LGV was uninjured.

"One of the victims has now been positively identified as Nathan Lee Cox, 20, from Trowbridge. 

"Formal identification of the other two victims is likely to take several days."

The road was closed for seven hours while the Collision Investigation Unit officers attended the scene.
