A man who is accused of a raping one woman and other sexually assaulting another is to face trial by judge and jury.
Martin Fisher pleaded not guilty to all of the charges, which are said to have taken place in Westbury, when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court.
Fisher denied one charge of rape, relating to one of the women, during May 2006.
He also pleaded not guilty to seven charges of sexual assault on a different female between the summers of 2004 and 2006.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Monday, June 8, and released Fisher, of Fareham, Hampshire, on conditional bail.
