Motorists in Westbury had to find an alternative route this evening when the police and fire service were called to a fire in a red Ford Ka.
The driver suffering a medical condition was helped by a passing couple who called fire and police.
Police closed the Bratton road in Westbury while Westbury fire crew dealt with the fire.
