EARLIER this month the Upton Scudamore choir led another fun filled evening with a singalong to songs from the musicals, held in the beautiful village church of St Mary the Virgin.
The popularity of these musical evenings resulted yet again in a packed church with the audience joining in with the many well known songs and the event raised almost £650.
Churchwarden Alan Beswick said it was a very successful and highly entertaining social evening and went on to express a grateful and sincere thank you to all those who helped to organise the event, not forgetting the choir itself, with a special thank you to their wonderful organist Bob Clitheroe.
