STUDENTS at Fairfield Farm College in Dilton Marsh have been getting green fingered in their most recent project to transform part of Warminster Park.
The rockery garden where the old swimming baths used to be in Warminster Park has been transformed from an overgrown eye sore to a neat and tidy rockery garden for members of the community to enjoy.
While completing the project, the students have learned many skills including how to use certain equipment as well as organisational skills, project and time management and team work.
Horticultural teacher and Fairfield Farm College, David Robinson said: "The students have really enjoyed taking part in this project, and it is providing them with skills which they will use in real life.
"We like to make sure they are enjoying their time working on the projects we do and that it is what they want to be doing, the doughnut breaks are also very appreciated.
"The Masonic Lodge have been great in letting us complete the work.
"We have gotten a lot of positive feedback from members of the public who are passing by, they say what a good job the students are doing."
Mr Robinson, the college and members of the public are very pleased with their work.
