Further rainfall is forecast across Wiltshire later today and overnight, with river levels expected to rise again.
The Environment Agency still has flood warnings in place at Lower Wylye and the River Avon at Bradford on Avon, Melksham and Malmesbury.
There are also flood alerts at the River Biss, between Westbury and Trowbridge, the mid River Avon, between Melksham and Bradford on Avon, and upper River Avon, between Malmesbury and Chippenham.
The fire service is again reminding motorists to adhere to road closure notices and not to drive through flooded roads.
