Stepping Stones can only survive thanks to the generous donations from people across Wiltshire.

Every year, families organise cake stalls, take part in endurance events or even do something a little wacky to raise funds for the charity.

Barbara Jansen, Stepping Stones administrator, said: “Funds raised mean we can stay open as the Wiltshire Council funding doesn’t cover our running costs. We are so humbled by our fundraisers because they allow us to cover salary costs which means we can take on more children.

“People have a long term relationship with Stepping Stones and do so much to support us. It is really touching also because we often get extended family members or friends who take part in events in aid of us.”

Stepping Stones would also welcome donations from businesses and organisations to help with their work.
