SCHOOLS and groups across the county will be doing their bit for this year's Children in Need appeal, raising money for disadvantaged children.
For this year's appeal schools in Wiltshire are being invited to show up in spotty clothing for a small donation to the BBC's corporate charity.
In previous years groups have held bake sales, taken part in cycling and rowing events and treasure hunts, all in the name of giving to charity.
With the death of Terry Wogan on January 31, this year's host will now be Graham Norton and Ade Adepitan as well as the large variety of famous faces to help the appeal. A special tribute will also take up part of tonight's BBC One broadcast, which will start at 7.30pm, in memory of the famed radio presenter and his legacy of work with Children in Need.
Are you doing anything special for this year's charity appeal? If so please let us know by emailing wtimes@newswilts.co.uk or call 01225 773610.
