A WOMAN died after a car crash near Stonehenge last night.
The crash took place between a Land Rover and a Toyota on the A303 near Stonehenge at about 8pm last night.
The 28-year-old woman, from Hampshire, was driving the Toyota and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man, woman and two children, who were travelling in the Land Rover, were taken to Salisbury District Hospital but have not sustained life threatening injuries.
The A303 was closed in both directions for several hours after the crash.
Anyone with information about the incident should call Wiltshire Police on 101.
