MEMBERS of the Salisbury Cathedral choir are to sing at the Holy Trinity Church in Bradford on Avon later this month.
The boys and men, directed by David Halls, and with Dan Mathieson on the church organ, will present Sacred Masterpieces.
The concert takes place on Monday, January 29, at 7.30pm, and will feature a varied programme of music with works from Berlioz, Bach, Ives and Sumsion.
The Rector of Holy Trinity, the Reverend Canon Joanna Abecassis, said: “This is quite a big event – they only sing six concerts a year in parishes around the diocese and there is always a long waiting-list.”
Tickets, at £10 each, are available from Ex Libris in Bradford on Avon, or on the door.
Visitors are welcome to stay for light refreshments when the bar opens after the concert.
