HUGE queues meant long delays for Wiltshire workers this morning after an accident in which one man was killed closed down the M4 in both directions during rush hour.

A lorry travelling east was in collision with a car which crossed the central barrier. It hit a BMW going west before colliding with another car, police said.

Two lanes were re-opened eastbound after a four-hour closure but westbound remains closed until debris can be cleared.
