60 job cuts at Wiltshire College

Principal Di Dale has described the situation as 'challenging'
Around 60 jobs are to be axed at Wiltshire College in a fresh round of redundancies.
Staff are also to have their holiday entitlement slashed under the widespread cuts.
Most jobs will go in the college's business support team but teaching staff are also affected.
The college is consulting with staff over a 30 day period which started last week.
The cuts are being blamed on reductions in grants that the college receives.
Di Dale, principal and chief executive, said: “This obviously puts the college in a challenging position. We need to respond to this and save money where we can. The college has therefore reviewed all its services and the way they are delivered to find increased business efficiencies, staffing was included in this.
"As a result of this review, the college expects a reorganisation will result in a number of staff losing their jobs this summer in order to achieve the £2.4m of savings needed."
