A forrmer Matravers School pupil won the Hewett Prize for Best Undergraduate Student in the University of Worcester’s Business School. Ben Price, previously named as one of Microsoft’s top ambassadors, has just graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business with Leadership and Innovation from the University of Worcester. Mr Price spent two years working for Microsoft alongside his degree and in his final year, went on to win £2,000 after being named the company’s best Windows 7 ambassador outside the USA. The 23-year-old, whose father Sean is the Westbury town crier, has now secured a job at Net Communities in London as marketing and social media manager. He said: “I couldn’t have asked for a better start to working life.”
