A DEAD deer in the road caused a two vehicle collision on the B3098 in Bratton, Westbury last Friday (January 11) at about 6pm.
The two cars, a Vauxhall Astra and a Peugeot, collided when one stopped suddenly after seeing the deer lying in the road, causing a shunt with the car behind.
The woman driver of the Peugeot was taken to the RUH with minor injuries and the road was cleared by 8.20pm.
