Warminster interior design shop puts premises on the market

Interior design shop Baker and Gray has become the latest retail closure in Warminster, following the news that its premises are on the market.

The shop in Silver Street, Warminster, will close tomorrow (January 26) after four years of trading in the town.

Baker and Gray is the vision of British designer Sarah Baker, selling fabric and furnishings deeply rooted in African heritage.

Very sad to hear of yet another shop going. The only things in Warminster are hairdressers, charity shops, estate agents and cafes and there are too many of all of them and not enough decent shops. There is not enough space in Warminster for all of them to survive.

redrum, I would suggest that there are not currently too many of the shops you mention if they are surviving, unless they are running the shop for fun without profit.
There was obviously one too many selling fabrics and furnishings deeply rooted in African heritage.

Probably a good idea would be to provide a shop that sells items that cannot be found in the large supermarkets. How about Ann Summers:)
