Staverton man denies ABH charge following Trowbridge attack

Stephen James, 44, of Blackthorn Way, Staverton, pleaded not guilty to actual bodily harm when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court today.
It is alleged that James and another man assaulted Edward O’Harney in Trowbridge town centre last April.
John Martin, 44, of Beech Grove, pleaded guilty to ABH when he appeared before magistrates last year.
The case has been adjourned until April 23 and James has been released on conditional bail.
