Hilperton woman on benefit fraud charge

A Hilperton woman has been charged with benefit fraud.
Catherine Daley, 30, of Jacklins Close, Hilperton Marsh, Trowbridge is accused of making false statements to obtain benefits and two counts of failing to notify a change in circumstances, between June 2006 and September 2010.
No charges were formally put to the defendant during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court. She did not enter any pleas and was released on bail to Friday, March 8.
