THE Eco Trade Fair on Saturday is a great way for people to find out how to save money, keep warm and turn their lifestyle green.
St Margaret’s Hall in Bradford on Avon will be filled with 20 stands from local companies between 10am-3.30pm, and there is chance to see and discuss electric cars, talk to renewable energy installers, find out how to make houses warmer and save on heating bills.
There will be advice on investing money in community renewable energy, buying greener beauty and cleaning products and seeing what local shops have to offer in environmentally-friendly products.
The fair, organised by Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon, will have activities for children, plus the chance to make bird boxes from re-cycled wood and an electric van will provide a free shopping delivery service.
Rowena Quantrill, of Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon, said: “This trade fair gives us all the opportunity to learn about some of the practical ways we can tackle the dual problems of climate change and fuel poverty.”
