Trowbridge graffiti teens forced to clean up by police
Three Trowbridge teenage girls who vandalised the Biss Meadows Country Park underpass with graffiti were made to clean it up by Wiltshire Police on Sunday.
The youngsters were found committing the offence on July 23 by PCSO Ben Brown and their families agreed that they’d repair the damage through a local resolution.
This sees petty crimes resolved through reaching an agreement by considering what is best for the community.
PCSO Brown said: “We thought it would be the right solution and I think a lot of people walking through on Sunday morning appreciated seeing the graffiti being cleaned up.”
