A man who is accused of having a cocktail of drugs to supply is to face trial by judge and jury.
Julian Cound, 48, of Hardbrook Court, Audley Road, Chippenham, is said to have had the substances on two occasions just over eight months apart.
He pleaded not guilty to five charges of possessing controlled drugs with intent to supply when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
He is said to have had just under eight ounces of cannabis with intent to supply on Monday, July 30, 2012.
Then on Friday, April 5, 2013, Cound is alleged to have had four different types of drug when he was arrested.
It is claimed he had 22.1 grams of cocaine, 83 ecstasy tablets, 7.25g of cannabis and 2.2g of amphetamines.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Tuesday, March 18, when Cound is due to face trial on the allegation. He released Cound on unconditional bail.
