Lackham's animal centre and gardens are open to the public for a fun day on Sunday.
The Wiltshire College event gives visitors the chance to explore their walled gardens, glasshouses and zoological garden.
Under 18s get in for free and can groom the donkeys and pony in the barn, pat the goats, pigs and sheep and see the chicks and ducklings.
The exotic centre, open from 10am to 3pm, is home to snakes, bearded dragons, iguanas and other animals.
For the first time there will also be bats, and information given on bat first aid.
There will also be advice on setting up fish tanks from Maidenhead Aquatics, a plant sale, dog shows, free microchipping from Blue Cross and a display of equipment and machinery used at Lackham.
Advice will be on offer about the variety of courses available.
The open day takes place from 9am to 4pm and costs £5 for adults.
