A mother and son from Westbury are getting used to life without hair after they had their heads shaved for charity.
Abbie Wheeler and her son Jean-Luc, of Bridge Court, had their heads shaved at the Railway Inn in Westbury and have so far raised £1,600 for Epilepsy Action.
They did it in support of the charity as Abbie’s youngest son, Sam, was diagnosed with the condition when he was five years old.
Mrs Wheeler said after the headshave on May 3: “Epilepsy Action was brilliant. It provided us with a great deal of help and advice.”
Jean-Luc said: “It is definitely different. I wanted to do something for my little brother. Hopefully our hair will all grow back in four to five months.”
