Police are appealing for information after burglaries between July 19 and 27 at six firms across Wiltshire.

The burglaries have occurred at commercial premises in Westbury, Warminster, Pewsey, Devizes and Salisbury.

All incidents happened overnight and involved offenders forcing their way in and taking amounts of cash. A silver Subaru estate vehicle is believed to be involved.

A number of lines of enquiry are being investigated by the Priority Crime Team in Melksham.

DC Andy Henson said: "I would urge businesses to review their security and take extra measures wherever possible.

"I would like to hear from anyone who information regarding any suspicious activity around commercial premises in these areas or the silver Subaru estate car which may be linked to these offences."
