A cuddly toy donkey left behind at Trowbridge Railway Station is back with its rightful owner, following an appeal in the Wiltshire Times last week.
The green donkey with orange stripes was handed in to the ticket office by a passenger who found it outside the waiting room.
Trowbridge mum Lorena Pino got in touch after seeing the story on Twitter. Mrs Pino, a Spanish teacher, was given the toy by a student when she gave birth to her daughter Olivia and said her seven-month-old was delighted.
She said: “I was on my way to Bath to a lesson and in the rush it must have fallen as I was trying to carry lots of stuff. I was very surprised to see a picture of it on Twitter. The toy is quite unusual so I knew it was my daughter’s straight away.
“It’s absolutely great that something so small can still be so important and I’m very grateful for everyone’s help.”
