A TATOO studio in Warminster raised over £500 for charity on Friday.

River City Tattoo Collective raised money for Women’s Aid by giving tattoos and piercings as well as holding a raffle.

Shop manager Jayde Doran said: “Domestic abuse is still a huge problem, with a lot of women too scared to be able to ask for help.

“Even if we can just raise some more awareness for this amazing charity so that women know they have a safe place they can go, people they can talk to and most of all, be believed, it’s worth doing.”

The shop offered £5 piercings throughout the day and donated every penny to the charity.
